We train 2 times a week Tuesday and Thursday 2/3 hours each without body exercises but just techniques.
I do all what Tommy taught to me so we train about medium distance , close distance, 360 degree , 1against 1 jkd VS street attacker. We train a lot also with focus pad and after the focus we wear safety protection and repeat the training.
We also train the basics – things such as footwork, repetations in right guard and left guard. We spend some time on others things such as ground work as we have learnt from Tommy.
